Step-by-Step Instructions


Step 1: Navigate to the Desired Area

  1. Open the Group Overview
    • Head to the area where you want to add an image. This could be the Group Overview (for classes & events), Subscriptions, or Appointments. In the video example, we use the group overview.

Step 2: Choose the Event to Edit

  1. Open the Edit Menu
    • Click on the edit icon next to the event type. This will open the editing options.

Step 3: Upload an Image

  • Find the "Image" option and click on it.
  • Choose your image file (ensure it's under 500 KB and in an acceptable format like JPG or PNG).
  • Upload the image. If the file size is too large or the format is incorrect, you'll receive an error message.

Step 4: Save and Preview

  • Click "Next" and then "Save" to apply your changes.
  • Refresh the page to see the new image displayed on your booking option.

Step 5: Adding Images for Multiple Options

If you have multiple blocks/terms under the same Group Event Type, you can set a different image for each date or block. e.g. for a holiday club with different weeks where week one is multi-sports, week two is gymnastics, you can add different images for each.


       5. Override Event Type Image

  • To override the general image for a specific class or week, click to edit the specific term or block level.
  • Upload a new image for that specific term or block. This new image will replace the general one.
